Human tears are composed of lipid layer, water layer and mucin layer.

Mucin layer: Keeps tear film stable.


When using mobile phones and computers, try to consciously remind yourself to blink more, 12 to 16 times per minute, and to completely close and then open, to ensure that the tears fully moist eyes.Blinking quickly also relaxes the eye muscles and makes your vision clearer.
